Ascension Plan 14yo (LF Help)
Main Goals: Height, Bone Mass, Dymorphism
Stack for skin,eye and eye bags lightening. (MSM, NAC, Glycine, NAG, Gluthathoine) will only use it for 2-3 months since there’s diuretics that do the stuff im looking to get from this and even better.
Use the skincare products I already have and then hop on tretinoin in around 2-3 months
3 months I’ll be 15, hop on something like HGH, enclo, winstrol, anavar. Still researching because stuff like enclo, winstrol and anavar have side effects like lowering hgh and stuff like that. I want to use stuff like that for dymorphism/bone mass not much for body but if I do hop I will start going to the gym or do some simple excersices at home, thinking into getting into the gym one month before being 15
Start getting 8+ hours of sleep. My sleep schedule is weird I sleep from 10-6 am some times and then I fuck it up some how and I be sleeping at 2-3 am to 6 am. Latently been sleeping 1-6 am even with 2 hours snap after school but going to fix that this Friday or today.
Might just go 2 times a week to the gym for cardio to debloat while maybe being on epelerone still researching
