Ascension plan? How can I ascend?

any tips would be appreciated, my body fat is around 17% so leanmaxxing would me good, as well as increasing neck size. I was also thinking of getting green contacts and a fake tan. Let me know what I can do to ascend. Also first pic I’m a few kg heavier hence the bloat. Lmk of any ascending method that you think can ascend me. Anything would be appreciated.

Not gonna lie here boyo, you should've ascended already. There is nothing physically wrong with you. Proportions are decent, decent forward projection and decent head shape. The only people that are able to critique you are autist with rulers to say which ratio could be a smidge better.
