About me:
-16 y/o
-5.8,5(174cm barefoot)
-currently mid or high mtn
-16.7 inches clavicles
-140 lbs 12-13 % bf
Realistic stats in 6 months with maximun effort:
-5.9.5-5.10(177cm)
-mid htn at best
-17 inch clavicles
-160 lbs 10% bf or 9
WHAT IM GONNA DO( I know lot of things here could be cope, or not , but idc im gonna try them all.)

-clean healthy diet(meat, eggs, milk, fish, sweet potatoe...)no sweets , lot of water
-gymmaxing(upper lower split) lean bulk
-buteyko breathing, mouth tape at night
-chin tucks
-sunlight exposure daily( 15 minutes)
-sprints 2x weekly
-thumbpulling 15 minutes a day mininun unilsterally aplying the most pressure possible
-internal zygo pushing combined with mandibule pushing
-10 minutes eye area muscles training
-lymphatic drainage when I feel like it
-proper body posture
-hard mewing as much as I possibly can
-hyoid training(rapid jaw opening exercice)
-maxximazing quality lf sleep
-apply product for acne scars
-vomer pushing( still dont know how to do this shit)
-BTT 15 minutes daily
-dht maxxing
-for height, im gonna strech as much as I can , also unilateral jumps as high as I can for 20 minutes before bed and then putting ankle weights , I will also fraud height ussing airforces.
-at the start of summer, I will cut a bit of weight and debloat. I will document my progress with photos
IM GOING TO DO THE THUMBPULLING AND HIS VARIATIONS WITH HAS HARD AS I CAN AND AS LONG AS I CAN, 15 MINUTES DAILY IS THE MINIMUN.

U’re still young this diet will help u(saying u have enough vitamin D3/K2,zinc,magnesuim) indeed but in terms of height u’re 16 so ur growth plates still open then tf are u waiting hop on mk677 25mg in morning n at night which stimulates both GH and IGF1 and slightly increase in testo along with estro via aromatse
So to maximum the gains (if u want) take aromatase inhibitors which will stop ur estrogen production and also prevent plates from closing
