This plan is focused on things i can do long term and sustainably. I see many threads of ascension plans, detailing a huge list of things they plan on doing to ascend, so long that they won’t end up doing half the list, or if they do, not continue with it long term.
Leanness
Before muh just put the fork down, i have legit unlimited hunger and apatite and an insane amount of food noise, i have had a week long binge, i tracked one day and it came to 12k calories jfl:
Most important thing there is. When i was my leanest, the treatment difference in day to day life, and female attention is night and day difference.
Semaglutide (started yesterday) - apatite suppressant, removes food noise and cravings. my first dose of this was yesterday. i have noticed reduced food noise and cravings so far, along with slight appetite suppression. this is a weekly injection so very easy to keep on top of. i’ll increase dosage if my current dose loses effectiveness in the future.
DNP (starting within next 3 days) - while using semaglutide, i will be running low dose of DNP at 200mg for around 3-4 weeks which is around when i should reach desired leanness. it will help me at least get the bulk of the leanmaxing done and reach my previous leanest self, but this time i intend on getting leaner than last time. i have previously run DNP before in doses of 400-600mg, once 800mg. was a pointless cycle since i ate goyslop all day since carb craving were so high. no i didint die. i will be following @AstroSky cycle but instead of 400mg, i will do 200mg to keep cravings down and have less sides, but run for 3-4weeks instead of 2, which is more ideal imo since DNP takes 6 days to fully accumulate in the body, so a 2 week cycle would only be roughly 1 week at max concentration.
I will also be doing 15k steps a day which i normally do anyway and strength training
Diet
When i was my leanest, i maintained it very easily via low carb diet. i was on that diet for over 7 months and maintained leanness throughout. carbs bloat face i think, or maybe im delusional, but i will stick to sub 50-60g per day either way.
Honestly that is the bulk of the ascension plan, since 90% of soft max is leanmax, and i have already been going oral minoxidil for over a year now and dont intend to stop which has vastly improved eyelashes and eyebrows. i have used latisse before, works amazing, but since i can be a lazy mf, it wasn’t sustainable for me to keep meticulously applying shit to my lashes each night.
Other - info needed
I am looking for more info on other things which i am thinking of incorporating, if anyone has experience with them, or know anyone that does please let me know or tag em pls.
Skin
need to improve collagen.
Id like to improve my collagen tbh. my skin is completely acne free and texture is good. i don’t get any spots at all, even during this week long binge of 10k+ cals a day basically full of sugar, i don’t get spots. i feel my collagen can be better and is compromised form shit i did when i was younger.
Tretinoin doesn’t seem like an option for me, since i don’t have a skincare routine at all, no cleaner, no moisturiser, nothing.
i was thinking peptides, which can be injected.
such as GHK CU but is apparently not stable in bacteria static water and i haven’t seen any reports on it actually working.
Tan
looking back at old photos of me, imo i looked better with a slight tan. obviously MT2 is the obvious choice. regarding this, will i have to start and continue using sunbeds weekly, or can MT2 provide a tan without sunbeds? i live in the UK so no UV about here.
