This thread will be a full and thorough explanation of my plan of Ascension.



This plan will be in progress for all of remaining winter and upcoming spring. (~4 months)



1. Current stats and setting goals for the future

My current stats are depressing to say the least

14.3 years of age

78kg

171cm (5 6 for my American friends)

About 23 % BF

A face full of acne



Goals that I wish to achieve:



Drop down to ~68 - 72 kg while also growing in height up to 175cm or more. When all is said and done most important for me would be a low BF %, because that would mean a visible jawline, no double chin, good and healthy physique.



2. Concerns



My concerns are not really deep or limiting, but that includes: keeping my hormones balanced and healthy, using healthy methods (little to no peptides) and not stunting my growth.



3. Methods (good stuff)



Going to the gym and cardio (optimally 5x in a week)

Star of the show would be the treadmill with 4km/h and a incline that targets Ur zone 2 heart rate (this works for anyone it just depends on Ur age)

Drop y'all splits in the comments.

Taking basic supplements which includes:

Vitamin C

Vitamin D3

Omega 3

Iron

Going into a healthy caloric intake

This is not a 500 calorie deficit more like just a healthy and recommended amount. I'm only a teen which means going into really low calories may cause to me not growing and overall bad performance.

The most important thing of actually improving Ur looks is what's going on in that head of yours. With this experience I would challenge my mind, by doing what I need not what I want.

well uh your fat basically. Drop down to 15% bf it will ascend u def. U should take k2 for bones it wont do that much but its good for the bones and may help a lil bit since ur still really young

good start but you make sure you fix your diet and once you feel you've gotten good enough in terms of body fat I would recommend researching your specific issues because in the end if your not willing to do anything past taking some supplements your not gonna have a crazy transformation

Don't listen to anyone hating ur just a kid rn. Just doing bare minimum at ur age is the best thing. And don't try to lose lots of weight fast just try to get to a healthy bf percentage slowly. U have time!!
