I was thinking of getting a genio in 2 weeks, gradually do fat grafts for my mid face area and infraorbital, and during the summer do a rhino.I am doing them gradually to not get caught surgerymaxing from my school or else il be called a faggot. Is this a good ascension plan and will it bring similar results to a bimax ?

if ur maxilla is fine no need for lefort 1

if ur jaw is fine then get genio, if u already have chin projection, a genio will look comical

but yea start off with genio, because it will balance out a big nose

my maxilla is cooked , but the surgeon told me I was in the grey zone where I could try to do other procedures to mimic it otherwise I gotta wait 1.5 years to get. abimax that's an unfrauded side prfofile shot do I need the genio or u think id look comical

that's my ceps when I saw the surgeon he was like ur problem is not the chin but the maxilla so idk, im scared of overcorrecting but u think it would work . that's an other pic what do u think I really don't want to look comical or my dad will turn out to be right ahahaha
