What I’m currently doing to ascend:
300mg test - just started
6iu HGH - not started
Bone press/bone smashing cheek bones
Dutasteride - not started
Aromasin- once I start noticing sides
Ghk-cu - not started
Healthy diet - mostly whole foods
Tinted spf 50 and spend 2+ hours in sun
45 min of incline cardio
8 hours of sleep
Gym 5 times a week

Lmk what else I can add, look at posts to see face and specifically tell me what I can improve.
 
realistically all you need is cardio sleep diet gym and maybe fin/dut
im guessing youre a youngcel so unless you want lifelong trt and raisin balls i wouldnt recommend test

anything else would be better spent on surgery jfl

alright so basically ima try to keep this short cuz it’s actually a lot,
run 200 test and 3 ius hgh. save more for blasts, doing 6 ius long term during puberty will grow your nose. eating healthy during this is imperative so you don’t hurt your collagen and elasticity.

when you turn 18, start fin, don’t do dut to start. you can switch later to dut but just do fin. i’d start doing period blasts of androgens. i’d start with 500-700 test 3-6 ius of hgh along with 25-50 mg of anavar for like 8-12 weeks. it is very useful for bone minrealization and it gave me insane results. genuinely moved my orbitals forward. to be honest you need to figure out what your hair can take, i have suffered hairloss from not doing proper precautions, which is why i recommend not blasting till 18 as you’ll be safer position to block the effects of dht espicially as your hypo rn. var is mild for most though, you could certainly try it before 18

if you want to blast before 18 you could in theory but your risking damage to your elasticity and collagen, if you do, i’d be 3-5 months into a course of accutane before doing so. i blasted without taking proper precautions and ruined my health indicators
i’m guessing since your hypogandal, your skin isn’t that bad.

start accutane now, get a derm prescription.

your diet should be low fat, (25-60g) high carb, high protien slightly over mantience calories for maximum progressive overload.

spam calcium, like drink half a gallon of fat free milk a day. buy a massive bag of collagen powder and add like a scoop a day. collagen is very useful for bone cartilage growth

with your fattiest meal, take vit d + mk2, (twice the recommended dosage,) magnesium, zinc,

fasted take a complex b vitamin and 600-1g nac (improves liver health and allows better igf1 conversion and health)

if you want take an antioxidant like l carnosine or cucumin good for general health, also fasted

vit c + 3g glycine + 3 g msm is also good for collagen and health but that’s not as necessary

if you need anything else or have question lmk, being hypogandal is a blessing and a curse
