Hey guys, thats my first post on .org and I want to start a Protocol of my future ascension. So I post everyday and you guys give me feedback. I‘m 15y/o and living in germany, my current proportions are 174cm and 60kg. I‘m kinda skinny fat but working on it. My skin is fine, but I am very insecure bout my height. In tomorrows post I will attach some pics of me.

My current routine:

I‘m eating 1300cal to lose weight and I lift 4x week upper/lower also 1h cardio 4x week. Weight loss is going pretty solid, binged my ass away but back on track again. I also road cycle and do 1-5 hours daily of cycling, based on my plan. I eat 100g proteins per day and 500g fruit & veggies per day.

My Ideas:

I want to dye my eyebrows today, tell me if its a good idea. I started using retinol yesterday, will keep you updated.

Yeah I think about hopping on peptides, but I don’t know how to get a safe supplier in Germany and also I don’t got the money atm. When I am 16 I will work next to school and then I will hop on but I thought of GHK-Cu, IGF-1 Lr3 and reta maybe ipamorelin.

just buy some chinese cheap hgh for 0.5euro per ui and ai from a normal website and it will cost you like 100 a month or sum

Ngl it's obvious you don't know shit and just throw in a bunch of names marketed in TikTok. Id suggest using some of your time researching and getting knowledge of what you actually need vs what everybody uses

Yeah you right, I never really researched on peptides. What can you recommend for a 15y and what are good places to research?
 
Horrible diet. Will just stunt ur growth and fuck ur gut up. 500 g veggies is insane.

Eat ancestral, the way we ate for 400k years before cultivating grains and veggies.

1300 cals for ur age and weight is horrible, let alone 100g of protein which is WAY too low. Should be at least 130. Ur calories should be 2000 plus and ur age weight and height tells me ur not that fat anyways.

Going into a 1000 calorie deficit will cause nutrient deficiency, stunted growth and more health problems. ESPECIALLY IF UR GONNA TRAIN:lul:

ASK FUCKING CHATGPT ABT THIS ”PROTOCOL” IT WILL TELL U UR FUCKING STUPID.

ill be watching your ascension, yh, dying your ehebrows is probably a good idea, and 60kg for 174 cm is good g, idk why you say skinny fat.

Okay little change, I will post weekly and not daily and I will post photos, weight updates, routine changes and so on. See you next Tuesday!
