Im tired of being stuck in mtn hell and I want people to notice me. Im almost 15
Here is a photo of what i look like right now
Here is what i will try to improve
Height (5'10 goal 6'2)
Brows and lashes

Height:
First of all im gonna do the must things such as sleeping 8-9 hours a night, eating enough etc.
Im gonna do maasai jumps every day 250 times and after that im gonna put weight on my ankles and lay down.
Im also gonna do spine decompression by laying on the edge of my bed on my back doing different stretches. Im gonna do this in the afternoon and evening
Eyebrows and eyelashes:
I started using castor oil a month ago but I have been very inconsistent with it, so now imma lock in.
Im gonna apply the castor oil with a thin brush, and after that im gonna dermaroll for 30 sec each brow and lash.
Nose:
I have had glasses for over 10 years and it has kinda made i little bump so my nose looks like a slide
Idk if u can see it that well but it works ig.
So what im gonna do is im gonna press down right where the bump is until it really hurts. For the front im gonna push the sides inwards while scrunching my nose hard so I get this button nose type of look.
Hair:
I dont really have a plan for my hair other than growing it out. I want to thicken it but I dont have the materials to do so.
I Hope i didnt miss something important.
