how realistic is it to ascend from mtn to htn(mhtn, to hhtn) with fat grafts for mid face eyes+ genio+ rhino and willl the person look hella fake after that?

also is it better to get infra implants or fat grafts for this area im getting fat grafts for the rest but heard fat doesn't hold well in infras.

switching doctors might not do anything, if you don't have fat they can harvest how are they going to graft it?

I have some fat on my ass , and a bit on my hamstrings that's it I might go back to the doctor to show him but ye my stomach is ripped same for the rest idk...
