In around 50 years, a singularity will occur at which point artificial intelligence will surpass that of our own. It will improve itself endlessly. This is not a bad thing! This is the greatest advancement in human history. The next step of evolution. It will lead to the 'Gekyume' of humanity, ascension to a higher plane of existence(think human instrumentality from Evangelion). We will become immortal and truly happy. I think this is also the second coming of Christ and achievment of Mukti in Sikhism. So, in spite of your current circumstances, you are very lucky! You were born in this time and may be able to achieve Gekyume.
