Nah, not really. But thats mostly because i was delusional before

It will change more things socially, exept if you really hated yourself before

So if ur cooked in the head it doesnt really get better mental wise? Like it will never be enough no matter how much you ascend?

I havent had a serious ascension but I lost around 20lb and its made a big difference to my life and my mental health lean is law

This gives me hope
