Actually started a couple weeks ago.
I've seen benefits but also drawbacks.

Benefits:
- Got rid of some anxiety (not huge difference)
- Got rid of some stress (not huge difference)
- Apparently lowered my blood pressure slightly
- Supposedly higher T (feels like it a bit, workouts also better)
- Stable energy levels (very noticeable)
- Didn't feel sad/down at all since

Downsides:
- Slightly more difficult to feel happy, suppresses emotion to a certain extent for me (not enjoyable at all),
and I feel it while writing this, I was also asked by multiple people if I'm sad although I don't feel sad AT ALL, felt very weird.
