How does ashwaganda work ?
I have a powder form of it in the kitchen. It's real ashwaganda that my parents got from a well trusted friend who grows all sorts of plants for living. They usually eat it with like a yogurt. I've asked my father if he feel any different after a week of using it he Said not really he thinks it's going to take a month or so to see actual changes.
If anyone knows I am just curious

Could it potentially affect your brain to reducing cortisol level because you make yourself genuinely belive it's working so you sort of signal to your brain to do something. I know I wrote this like shit but you got my point I hope

Basically it surpresses your feelings. Thats all. Most people won't feel anything at all though.

Need to take it for a couple of months to notice effects but tbh it doesnt make a big difference

Systematic reviews and meta-analysis show that it reduces stress/anxiety and increases T levels in men.

'Finally, we identified that the certainty of the evidence was low for both outcomes' - also this is done in post puberty men. Their t levels are lower than those in puberty or late stages of puberty. Its not really conclusive and its a waste of money if ur young

Takes one sentence out and completely ignores rest of the evidence.
Anyways, there are shitloads of new reviews, RCT's, meta-analysis i can list them if you want

this is irrelevant, just because they are older does not necessarily mean they are unhealthy or smth

However, i must admit by looking at evidence its mostly highly-stressed infertile man that are being tested, This matters a lot, since both of them affect HPG axis.
