ashwagandha is known to be a DHT blocker and since it's important for development especially when you're young, should I continue using it? and also dht increases bone density. I have been using ashwagandha for the benefits it has on test and only now found out that it inhibits DHT. I have been on it on and off for some time because it had messed up my stomach when I started taking it (not sure if it was the ashwagandha or the ass diet I had). My bones are still growing (slowly, idk if ashwagandha has a big impact on how fast they grow), and I'm not sure if it inhibits DHT because of that. Is it safe to take it at a very young age? (14 years old turning 15 years old)
