Increased Sperm Count
(Dosage of 675mg/d 3 times daily)
There was a 167% increase in sperm count , 53% increase in semen volume , and 57% increase in sperm motility on day 90 from baseline.

Testosterone (using same method as above)
Furthermore, a significantly greater improvement and regulation were observed in serum hormone levels with the Ashwagandha root extract treatment as compared to the placebo treatment. Serum testosterone increased significantly by 17% (from 4.45 ± 1.41 ng/mL to 5.22 ± 1.39 ng/mL; P < 0.01) and LH by 34% (from 3.97 ± 1.21 mIU/mL to 5.31 ± 1.33 mIU/mL; P < 0.02), following treatment with Ashwagandha root extract, as compared to the baseline (Day 0) values of these parameters (Table 2, Figures

Testosterone (using rats)
1) A comparison of sexual hormone levels between the control and Ashwagandha-treated animals group samples indicated that there was no significant difference in blood estrogen level between treated and untreated of both diabetic and non-diabetic rats' groups (Fig. 1). In addition, the non-diabetic Ashwagandha-treated group, serum progesterone (p<0.05), testosterone (p<0.05) and the LH (p<0.001) levels had increased significantly when compared to the control group (Figures 2, 3 and 4). The serum level of the FSH level has been significantly decreased (p<0.05) in the Ashwagandha-treated group.

2) Using mixture of Mucana , ashwagandha, and tribulus . M-A-T 1 group was given 10gm of each /kg of body weight . M-A-T 2 was given 20gm/kg
The M-A-T 1 and M-A-T 2 group had a significantly increased TT (testosterone), FSH (Follicle stimulating hormone) and LH level than the control group (p<0.05). There was no significant difference between the treated M-A-T 1 and 2 groups. The treated control group had a significant decrease in serum and testis MDA levels, decrease in NFkB and an increase in Nrf2 and HO1 was observed in both M-A-T treated groups than controls. M-A-T 1 and 2 significantly improved sperm motility, count and rate. No significant changes in liver and kidney functions (ALT, AST, creatine, ALP and urea) in any of the treated groups.

Erectile Dysfunction
In the present study, in the Trial group (n=41), there was a statistically very significant improvement (P<0.01) was observed in IIEF-2, IIEF-9, and IIEF-12 with the percentage of relief being 12.29, 8.47, and 7.89, respectively. In all other items there was a statistically highly significant improvement (P<0.001) observed except IIEF-14, in which no change was found [Table 1].

Stress and cortisol
Participants were asked to rate their stess in their percived stress scale
On completion of 60 days of treatment, there was only a 5.5% reduction in baseline PSS scores in the placebo group, compared to 44.0% in the Ashwagandhagroup. The difference in reduction in PSS scores between the two groups over the 60-day study period was highly statistically significant (P<0.0001).
After study finished ashwaganda group cortosol levels decreased by 27.9%

Anti Depressant:
1) Seventy-five participants (93%) were followed for 8 or more weeks on the trial. Final BAI (Beck Anxiety Inventory) scores decreased by 56.5% (p<0.0001) in the ashwagandha group and 30.5% (p<0.0001) in the PT ( psychotherapy intervention ) group. BAI group scores were significantly decreased in the NC group compared to PT group (p = 0.003). Significant differences between groups were also observed in mental health, concentration, fatigue, social functioning, vitality, and overall quality of life with the NC group exhibiting greater clinical benefit. No serious adverse reactions were observed in either group.

2)
Scientists did a study on rats to compare Ashwagandha with the popular benzodiazepine anti-depressant lorazepam (Ativan). And the tricyclic anti-depressant imipramine (Tofranil).
Researchers gave the rats either Ashwagandha, lorazepam or imipramine. 30 minutes later they put the rats through a maze, had them interacting socially, and even forced them to swim.
They concluded that as a mood stabilizer, Ashwagandha worked on depression and anxiety as well as either of the two anti-depressants

Strength gain
In one 8-week study, men given 500 mg of this medicinal herb per day increased their muscular power by 1%, whereas the placebo group experienced no improvements
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21170205
In another study in men, 600 mg of ashwagandha per day for eight weeks led to a 1.5–1.7 times larger increase in muscle strength and 1.6–2.3 times higher increase in muscle size, compared to a placebo
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26609282
TLDR;
Improves sperm count (167% increase sperm count)
testosterone (while estrogen remains unchanged) (significant testosterone increase in rats, 17% increase in healthy males)
Follicle stimulating hormone and Leutenizing hormone rise
Helps Erectile dysfunction (14.96% had mild to moderate improvement (25% to 50% improvement)
Reliefs stress (44% decrease in percieved stress)
Decreases anxiety (56.5% decrease in BAI (basically a self reported measure of anxiety)
Strength Gains ( 1.5-1.7 x larger strength gains while ashwaganda compared to those without it (only when working out))
Dosage:
500mg - 750mg 3x daily for full effect
There is not much scientific literature on the long term side effects but short term you might feel: stomach pains, Diarrhea, and vomiting
I am going to Mega dose ashwagandha (1g 3x daily) and see what happens, If anyone else wants to join in let me know
