My parents are planning on buying it for their own reasons, and they wanna buy me some too. I’m not using it for emotion repressing, like a junkie. I want to boost my test, so my bone density increases. Which brand/type is best for that? Or is it just pure cope? I’m 14.5 and workout 2x a week
