"small hips" is just wrong. Asians have both proportionately and absolutely wider hips than men of other races.
"large skull" does not dispute anything in my original comment. Overall, Asians skulls are more neotenous (baby-like) than skulls of men in other races, bigger in some dimensions smaller in others.

it's very hard to have a lean developed physique if your upper body is short, makes it look more compact which quickly leads to seeming gymcelled instead of athletic.

but also they don't, it's pacific islanders that have the best bodies on average, they are tall with huge bones, but they're not as aesthetic.
