Aside from lean maxxing is there any way to improve my looks??

6’5 210 21-22% body fat will cut down to 175-180 to get to 11-12% bf is there any way to improve my looks? ( I know my orbitals are non existent but I won’t have money for surgery until I am financially stable in the next 20 years)
