Berberine 1g (insulin sensitivity)

Re-checking growth plates mid cycle to make sure they’re still staying open.
Habits
- swimming 2x/w
- high jumps & sprinting 2x/week
- leg pulling whilst sleeping
- low inflammation diet (no grains or veg)
- k2 100mg + calcium 3g ed
- adding in CJC dac later if plates still stay
