Physical: Long hair, breasts, reasonably wide hips, soft lips and skin, neoteny, and high-pitched voice, which is produced by the vocal cords and thus can be considered a physical trait.

Psychological: Not many psychological traits in women that I can admire, though I like their adventurous, playful, and sometimes childish side insofar as it does not push the limits.
