Straight bar mogs but if you do it on a bench you have better stability

Really comes down to genetics as for some test doesn’t convert to dht as much as for someone who may have the genetic trait of androgenic alopecia

I'm fucking sick of the gym and dieting been training for 3+ years while eating properly and can barely get through a workout anymore although I do have a good physique atp imma just hop on test

Nah but I've been thinking about gear for over a year and blasting gear is unironically cheaper than pre-workout nowadays which is crazy

Don’t just take gear for the fun off it do your research you most come to ur own conclusions not what a user on .org said to do

But isn't 5g too low? It's the amount recommended on the bottle, but I see people saying that it's more optimal to use more, and that the risks are just from fear-mongering. Do you have any evidence/studies you could link.

The risks of creatine are fear mongering and rehab room said that it caused him to bald due to a 2009 study that said it raised Dht levels but this is was 16 years ago so take it how you want to, but 5g a day is perfectly fine and is recommended

How much strength do you lose on a cut?

My body is cucked and only breaks down muscle for energy and preserves its fat so I’ve managed to lose the last half year of progress in my lifts in two weeks. This always happens regardless of how much protein I eat or what training I do and basically means I’m stuck forever.

My body simply won’t accept sub-15% body fat but being higher than 10% is a one way ticket to inceldom.

This is what rest days are for and an example of this could be you train push and your chest is sore by the time you get past pull and legs you have already recovered

My body is cucked and only breaks down muscle for energy and preserves its fat so I’ve managed to lose the last half year of progress in my lifts in two weeks. This always happens regardless of how much protein I eat or what training I do and basically means I’m stuck forever.

My body simply won’t accept sub-15% body fat but being higher than 10% is a one way ticket to inceldom.
On a cut I would say strength is often lost due to lack of energy due to cutting of carbs I would recommend zero sugar energy drinks like monster or pre workout to get through a cut so it allows you to will keep up your intensity through out your workout

I feel like absolute shit and can barely motivate myself.

But I know from past experience it’s real muscle loss, I never bounce back when I start eating again, I have to spend months grinding back to where I was pre-cut and of course get fat again so the whole thing is pointless.

I’m on 2mg of Reta, I’m going to order Cag and Tirz as Reta does not seem to agree with me at all, the lethargy is unreal.
I think roids for you would be a great investment (if you not on them already)

I’m on a cruise dose of 150mg of test only. My bloodwork is horrible and anything more would likely cause a swift and brutal death. I did cut successfully on Tren in the past but it’s simply not on the table now.

One of my priorities for next 2 years is to try and do some medical intervention to get my health under control but if it’s LVH or something equally shit then I’m basically toast.

Even medium dose DNP feels better than low dose Reta, for me.
Might try dropping the Reta to 1mg but my general feeling is that it doesn’t agree with me.

Through a cut I would just spam monsters and Diet Cokes but only keeping my carbs high pre workout
