Psychologically absolutely not, made me get very self-conscious and broke up with my lovin ex because I thought that I didn't deserve her (realised this after, that was the deep reason)
Physically doing some good probably
overall rn life downgraded a lot from this site but it's going to go up real soon (<1yr most likely)

jfl I'm not fixing some very easy shit (glasses for example) cuz I'm lazy, but I swear I'm gonna do it as soon as I get all my personnal shit done
But I'm fixing other things (body, "confidence", NTness, hair, ...)
