Before I start no I am not getting OBO. These pictures are mostly with no lens distortion. I took them with a 50mm camera from 6 feet away. I need advice on my plan. I want to get a bimax to fix my occlusion, after I get a palate expander. After that I want to get jaw and chin implants for the gonial angle and chin projection and overall jawline. I then want to get infra orbital implants + zygo implants + midface implants. I then want to get a fat grafting procedure for my hollow eyebags. I then want to get supra orbital implants plus upper eyelid fat grafting for hooded eyes. My first questions is what surgeons should I go to for each procedure. Second question is should I get all these procedures and are these the only ones yall would recommend to me and should I get rid of any. 3rd question is should I get a supra orbital implant. I read a thread once about Giant Implants and a client where his supra orbital implant did some irreversible nerve damage and now his life is fucked. Im kind of scared of supra orbital now. 4th question is can I ascend to Theo James level harmony. Me and him have pretty similar base and features so after all these surgeries can I ascend to his looks. Thank yall for reading.

You don't have the same base as him. First you obviously need a TRIMAX. And then you need to reassess. Yes now you can get some implants with Bimax, but you want to cover your face with implants when you are giga recessed right now. I would even suggest get Trimax first and then ONE Implant (probably infras or zygoma or ramus) and see. You are underestimating surgery, since you've never had it.

adding onto @Radiantmetal, i feel u should follow his advice, then see if u need CONSERVATIVE implants in the midface (to avoid a dogmaxxed appearance). supra/forehead implants are risky, so if u dont need it, then forget it. ramus implants would help, but u have to wait a year after trimax to get them

1. Bimax
2. canthoplasty and fat grafting to fix your upper eyelid exposure and your nct. (Just go to a ocuplastic surg thats blkpilled)
3. grow out hair
4. get better coloring/better bf.

Then consider implants.

You could do small infras with your eyelid work, i would stay away from supras tho.

thx for the reply. wouldnt a canthoplasty look uncanny. And whats your opinion on fillers for the brow bone

fillers just gonna go away. And no, cantho and other eyelid work dosent look uncanny if you have nct like yourself. Go look up dr grazani on insta, pretty good results.

Just be aware with implants, you need to be prepared for revision. You might be one of the lucky few that doesn’t need a revision, but theres always something (infection, or bad placement, etc).

I’ve had a lot of surgery but I’ve never messed with my eyes, its my best feature. Just be careful with eye surgery. It along with Rhinoplasty are known to cause the most identity crisis, especially if it goes wrong. Eyes are the windows to the soul as they say. Your messing with your core identity, which I only suggest you do if you don’t like your eyes. Don’t focus on what others think of your eyes, do you like your eyes.

Which implant you get first is difficult to say. I would probably think Jaw or infras implant. But honestly there is no rush to get everything done in one surgery. Yes its more costly, but its safer and won’t trigger as much identity crisis. Bimax already is a fucking rollercoaster of emotions.

Honestly infras or zygomatic implants are probably better during a jaw surgery because you don’t really fully know the effect of your bimax until a year after. Yes it takes that long for swelling to subside

yoyoyo man how about we lose some fucking weight and get down to atleast 12% bf before talking about hardmaxxing i hate seeing chubby/fat people talking about hardmaxxing but they dont even know what bones they have under their layers of fat, not saying ur fat but ur def over 18% bf so cut some weight first and then judge about what to do

Classic!

"Then I want, then I want, then I want...." This has all the ingredients for getting botched.
Slow down and focus on realizing a single, or maybe a couple of goals at once instead of a full cosmetic makeover.

You're never going to look like Theo James. You do not have similar bases.
If this is your expectation, then you're just setting yourself up for disappointment.

Same ipd, same bizygomatic width, same nasal length and width. After a bimax from a good surgeon and some jaw/chin implants how would I not have the same base as him. The only thing that differs in terms of base harmony is his forehead/temples because his forehead more masculine than mine.

Bro, you don’t have his hair, nor his nose shape, nor his brows, coloring, frame, LIP SHAPE (massive halo for him, he has the perfect mouth) . Etc, most of us,99% will not look like a supermodel and actor, even with surgery. Surgeons won’t model your face like clay, they can just eventuate your base for the most part. You need Trimax, that would probably ascend you hard.

It’s not just a question of ratios.
His maxilla is much better than yours.

I’m not saying you can’t improve on your base but you’re not going to look like
him.

And that’s assuming everyone goes as planned. Considering you want a full cosmetic makeover, implants will likely need revisions and there will be other unforeseen complications. It’s just inevitable.

You should slow down and create a realistic road map because this ain’t it

Also skull is whole different shape, lips are a lot wider, nose has a different shape (shit that you can't change)

TLDR: Bad inspo

Lose weight and start to see if you even need the palate expander. Then if you're a candidate for bimax. Then get it. Then wait a year for swelling. Then you can decide on the rest of your laundry list of surgeries.

You'll never look like someone else, but you can improve. Identify your failos and fix them systematically. If something doesn't bother you and is unfixable or is more invasive than you'd prefer don't get it.

With a laundry list like this do you have $50k at least?
