I take a 325mg pill once a week for cancer prevention and whenenever I get sick I will take 81mg everyday for two weeks I believe the side effects are overrated my peater friend xefo has been taking 1mg daily for years alongside 15mg k2


But if you take it everyday for a long time and stop abruptly you can get a clotting rebound effect

I am taking it rn for pain also with acetaminophen

If I take it regularly I will cycle it for sure, probably 1-2 times a week
