this thread is for educating the best and brightest of society on what they need to accomplish a successful assassination and get away with it. this is not a thread advocating for violence, simply giving people the knowledge and wisdom to do as they will.
first we need to address luigi mangione's biggest mistake. he shot the wrong person. never choose a target on purely abstract ideological basis. not only does it obfuscate your motive, which will need to be obvious to the public if you intend to deliver a message and get away with it, it does nothing to address your actual grievances.
luigi mangione's backpain and his mother's swindling is the result of doctor's incompetence and greed. if anything, the insurance company was doing them a favor by refusing to cover treatments which are unnecessary. luigi mangione's target should have been the jewish doctor, not the white ceo
now lets cover all the things luigi did wrong tactically and operationally and what he could have done instead:
instead of staying at a hostel and exposing himself to surveillance and witnesses,, he should have hopped a train or taken a bus to an adjoining city and hiked 50 miles into the operation area disguised as a hobo. sleep on the streets and bring your own food and water. avoid all human interaction.
instead of erroneously believing that his "waterproof" bag would act as a faraday shield, he should have just used a normal bag with aluminum foil wrapped around his phone. in terms of phone selection, it would need to be a burner phone bought at least 6 months prior using cash while in disguise, with a compatible phone service card bought separately at another location. all hardware needs to be wrapped under foil until arrival to area of operation. this way all cell data recovered will be remote and non incriminating.
speaking of disguises, layered is mandatory. first layer should be prosthetics, ideally larping as another ethnicity than your own, covering up distinctive features. second layer should be make up/camouflage. depending on your cover, it can be anything from dirt and grime for deep cover as a vagrant, to foundation and mascara if disguised as a tranny. third layer will be wig, covid mask, glasses/contacts.
all equipment used in operation must be completely destroyed and hidden from authorities. this is to avoid dna evidence recovery. luigi's use of a 3d printed gun and silencer is a smart choice, his decision to hold onto it was extremely stupid. the main benefit of 3d printed receiver and silencer is that it can be melted, with additional copies easily made for further assignments. pressure bearing gun parts and the extractor claw are the only source of "bullet marking" pseudo evidence the courts can use, simply buy multiple copies of these gun parts off the internet(waiting a few weeks to a month between purchase) or at a gun show and discard them as needed after each assignment.
all evidence needs to be burned and buried at a remote location, ie middle of desert or deep forest.
a remote hide site needs to be premade and prestocked with food and water, and some forms of diversion/entertainment like books because you need to be here for at least a week. this will be where you must live during the initial search and investigation by fbi and possibly nsa. no electronics can be brought here. access must be on foot, hop a train or hike to this location. after the initial search period, venture out to gather data, but move along a circuitous route across the country for another month before returning home.
