You move all ur companies and assets into off shore LLCs in high-friction jurisdictions like Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc. that make you procedurally unreachable as it is, THEN own all those through a Nevis (Carribean) holding company, owned by a Cook Islands Trust, using a Belize Bank account. All legal btw.
You can safely ignore all lawsuit threats.
Lawyers have to do due diligence before they bring a lawsuit.
Question Number 1 is "how likely are we to win?/Is there any merit?" (probably already low for vexatious lawsuits)
Question Number 2 is "Is this person collectable?" (meaning even IF we win are any assets reachable?)
When they see this structure they already know it's not gonna work. They will literally give up immediately, knowing it's a waste of their time to even try suing you. To them you are a dry well. So you will never even have to worry about a lawsuit against you moving forward in the first place
Even IF a lawsuit IS won against you, and a judge orders you to bring your assets back, you comply with the court order by requesting them from your trust, but the trust is under Cook Islands Law, and does not honor foreign judgments. They will make you sign a paper certifying that you are not repatriating your assets under a court order or any duress. The domestic court cannot force you to commit perjury in another country so you cannot certify that. Therefore, the trust WILL NOT release your assets to you if you are under legal duress. You technically complied with the court order, but your assets are still protected and never coming back for the plaintiff to have any access to.

It costs a pretty penny to set this up and manage this structure every year but is well worth it if u attain a controversial or high profile & have a lot of haters and trouble makers out there. Under normal structure u might have to settle frivolous lawsuits for nuisance value (just paying the nuisance person a few K to stfu and leave you alone) but in this structure you can literally DNR them.
This is how guys like Rudy Giuliani can get sued by some ghetto black bitch election worker in Georgia, and technically "lose" the lawsuit for $122M on paper, and he is still effectively untouched.
