What are the qualifications of obo surgery? I have heard its pretty risky with 75% complication risk

This is almost never a major failo since its usually not extreme enough to be noticed, look for other things to fix

Only surgery, irl is much less noticeable than in pics but it can be a failo, in my case they're from a different shape cause the right side of my face is more recessed than the left one

Giant is the only one doing a black pilled and custom subcranial obo. He has to review your case. People in the US charge a lot for a bluepilled OBO. But I'm yet to look at Giant's results
