I need help my right side of my Maxilla is more forward grown and narrower at the front but wider in the back and my left side is more recessed at the front but also wider in the front and back.
Is there any way I can get this fixed. I´m 15 and have braces currently but they are not helping me at all.

Because braces move the teeth, not the facial skeleton. At best, you're causing minor soft tissue changes to the lips.

the maxilla is the entire central portion of your face. if you meant there's just a problem with your teeth then you should have said that.
