I noticed that not in a long period of time right nasolabial fold got noticeable while left fold is still almost not noticeable. What can be cause of case like that? To be honest i doubt its a bone structure problem since before i didnt had problem like that, also collagen lost would probably cause folds to appear bigger on both sides of face. I gained a lot of weight last time and i also noticed that my fat distribution is assymetrical, on the right side i can feel (throught fingers, malar fat, buccal fat) and see that fat pads are bigger, especially malar fat. I dont wanna cope so i ask for a honest opinion

all nasolabials folds are a structural issue if youre not like 90 years old

it is just bones lol

if youre that skeptic about it then do pdo threads

Its just very irrational to claim that its just bones problem. It can be bones if you are very recessed and narrow but it can be also combined. But lets claim for example that its bone problem, which cases exactly cause that ? and not just "recessed"
