Astaxanthin and DHT

Would 6mg Astaxanthin have a HUGE effect on DHT? I'm in puberty and I don't want to decrease DHT, so would Astaxanthin have any noticeable or noteworthy changes on DHT levels

If something lowers ur dht, whether on high or low amounts, it doesn't matter, u should not take
