melanotan gave me flat undertones. The whole point of carotenoids is to improve your undertones, not make you tan.

i've been on astax + lyc high dose for 3 weeks, no difference so far. Although it's on top of a light mt1 tan so maybe i'd notice more if I were paler

i'm aware beta carotene produces noticeable results, although the orange undertones are something that doesn’t look so aesthetic compared to the pinkish glow you should theoretically get from lyc + ast

i'm tryna get a glowy red like this nigga, rather than an orange colour

Inconsistent angles (somewhat), tried to get the best before/after possible It’s been around 2 months and a half I’d say? I took the 25mg Lycopene tablets from iHerb, I bought 3 packs of the 90 tablet packs, I took 75mg of them a day (3 tablets) I’m gonna continue, and I’ll try get better...

lycopene works good with beta carotene maybe u can use lutein but yellow undertones make white ppl kinda ugly
