Astaxanthin sides?

What are the sides of astaxanthin? Is it really a 5AR inhibitor? Would it be better to take beta carotene then?

No offense do your own research on this, based off this post you know nothing abiut the 2 they arent mysterious drugs

Asta= reddish tone

beta-c= yellowish orangish tone more yellow.

it isnt an which one, i take both. Beta-C for some extra tan ish color and asta for red cheeks and slight red undertones.

General consenus here is stick to 12mg or lower and it will not be a 5ar inhibitor but i recommend doing ur own research
