In your experience, which one mogs in terms of skin coloring on white guys?

I spammed astaxanthin and beta carotene both high dose for over 3 weeks and became extremely orange on my entire body. Beta carotene works better but I wish the astaxanthin worked better as red undertones are what's responsible for making white people have good coloring, nor orange nor yellow.

i'm unfamiliar with lycopene.

Astaxanthin, i fealt helped slightly more than beta-carotene.
but i take both, daily-ish.

MT-2, is good stuff.

Believe me dude i was waiting for comments like this. I don't skip day because I don't want big legs, I actually genetically have a really really estrogenic frame so I skipped legs for a long time and nuked shoulders but it's still not completely compensating. Believe me I wish I could just have a good frame and get my legs to blow up too I don't skip out of laziness.

lol. us guys roasting on body shape for lol is common. But for real, your body shape is better than most men., so it's actually good shape.

being low bodyfat-percentage is imo most important. because face.
being lean (low fat) moggs most. after that comes muscle mass,

Ive been taking 100,000 IUS of beta carotene every night. no notice in skin tone yet. Monitoring by using the color on my legs (an area that gets 0 sunlight)

how much of each did you take and can you link the links
 
Beta Carotene avoid in supplement form. Increases risk of cancer in long term. Just eat carrots.
