What is better for colouring? Heard beta carotene can increase risk for lung cancer. Will be pairing with lycopene. Also doses if anyone knows, would be incredibly helpful.

Stop consuming TikTok knowledge.
Beta Carotene, Astaxanthin and Lycopene are all cope. The results you'll see from them will be insignificant.
Have good lifestyle habits and tan.

Not at all. Beta carotene can legit have a huge effect on your skin tone to the point where if you take too much you will start looking like an oompa loompa

Would normally agree that tiktok knowledge is cope, but people have shown results and figured it would be worth a shot.

Will Beta Carotene harm you? No, I highly doubt Beta Carotene is carcinogenic, and even if it did contribute to/cause cancer, the effect would be pretty minor.
But as aforementioned, tanning is ideal. I use MT2 and it works wonders without the worry of it potentially being carcinogenic and actually mitigating my risk of skin cancer since I don't need as much UV exposure for more melanin production.

I thought mt2 was carcinogenic? Its illegal for that reason is it not?

No, not as far as I'm aware.
It helps to mitigate the likelihood of skin cancer by:
1. Allowing you to minimise UV exposure to develop the tan you desire.
2. The increased melanin content in your body would help to protect against UV damage, although the extent to which you would be 'protected' is dependent on your tan and moderate at best.
