For those that are taking astaxanthin, what did you notice first? I've read some people that say astaxanthin makes skin more light, others more dark. What about eye colour and skin and hair texture?

I Take it for a month maybe a Bit longer, During this time my skin has definitely become lighter, but that could also be due to another supplement that I started taking at the same time.
