My one side of ramus and jaw is short and recessed whereas the other side of ramus and jaw is tall and sharp. What did I potentially do to get this and is there any softmaxx fix to it?

Just genetics or uneven chewing, you cant rlly fix it imo

Everybody has this type of asymmetry because you mainly chew on the right side changing the ramus. If it’s not on the right side then it may be something else you can hmu

It's on the left side, the side with taller ramus has a better jaw too. If chewing on a side changes ramus then should I start chewing from my recessed side?

Oh uhh, just start chewing on the side you didn't used to much before (mastic gum or beef for 1+ hour daily) and check connor harris vids on it
