Asymetrical ramus causing tmjd

Pretty much i chewed my whole life right side, made my ramus and mandible longer but now the other side has short ramus and mandible, so i tried chewing only on left whole year. Found out im fucking idiot and now the gonion on the side is more flared than other but still inward. My tmj not so fucked but i have low pitched clicking cuz of when opening jaw it goes to the shorther ramus side, no crossbite. Still in puberty, anyone go any advice for this shit.

I doubt anything changed without pics

Also do this to get equal masseter muscle mass on both sides:

• don't chew (nothing, really nothing to speed up the process)
• After that start to chew on both sides (take the gum and break it into two pieces and chew on both sides)
• That's it

i can pm you pics, already been chewing on both sides but i try to grow my other masseter cuz i would rather do masseter botox than ramus lenghning or some shit

I have similar issue. If it isn't severe then it honestly shouldn't be a problem. I thought I was terra asymmetric and was gonna rope until I realised it wasn't as bad as I thought, got few people on this forum and they told me it wasn't that bad. You can get braces like I did to fix teeth alligment issue, which will allow you to comfortably use both sides of the mouth to chew again, though it won't fix asymmetry.

To actually fix the asymmetry you need proper surgery, and I wouldn't recommend unless the TMJ is very severe. You can PM pics to me if you want so I can check out how severe it is.

I had braces cuz i has brutal deepbite. When i try take a pic the difference is almost none but when i use two mirrors to see side its pretty big. Is chewing on both and also growing the other side masseter good idea?

Doubt you will be able to grow masseteurs easily. Masseter size and insertion largely detrermined by skeletal structure anyways. You are gonna need surgery to fix TMJ no real other method to change ur jaw bones.

You should take a video with ur back camera or something to see how bad the asymmetry is.
