I noticed i have a incel posture. My shoulders are not at the same level, and my body is usually not right. Probably a habit i taken by LDAR

That impacted my face. My right side is more cucked than my right one, having less jaw angularity, more UEE, and probably other muscles issue i can't notice.

The posture impact the facial symetry. My problem is probably not genetic since i was symetric during childhood and teen years.

So, can changing my posture Can help to fix this unbalance, or it's mostly too late ?

Should i go to a specialist ?

Thanks

In terms of face you need to identify whether you actually have skeletal/structural asymmetries or not. Often asymmetry in face causes asymmetry in body, or asymmetry in body causes asymmetry in face, you need to find out which happened.

If you want to correct skeletal asymmetry in face you will obviously require surgery.
If you have no skeletal asymmetry in face, correcting body asymmetry should be enough which can be done via exercises and shit. But I doubt you will be able to fix things like a tilted sphenoid which is caused by asymmetry in body allignment. But judging from the descriptions you give, you probably do have some sort of asymmetry in your face structurally.
