My biggest insecurity besides my short ramus and recessed mandible is my eye area my first and biggest nerf is that my right eye is a little smaller and lower than my left eye I ask people if it’s noticeable or not and majority say it’s not noticeable unless it’s stared at or it’s on camera and it’s genuinely horrible on camera it makes me want to cry I just got volufiline today for my eyes mainly for to get less UEE but also I think it will help and make the eye look slightly more raised because of the fat it also seems that my left eye has more fat than the left (is this cope). The second nerf is that when I was younger I cut my eyebrow open and had to get stitches and now hair barely grows back there (only on the far left side so I’m only missing about 1/3 of my eyebrow maybe less) . There’s some pieces of hair here and there, but the majority of it is gone I’ve been using minoxidil and it seems to be helping, even if it’s only a slight bit

It's basically Sphenoid Torsion. It's a bone deep located in the skull ( cranium ) . This torsion is caused by asymmetrical habits within the body .Hope this helps
