can sleeping on your side cause symmetry down to your facial bones? let's say from 10-12 years old you slept on your side all the time would that possibly affect your facial bones and cause asymmetry? im having a hard time believing my asymmetry is just muscle imbalances cause a lot of the asymmetries i notice seem like they are caused by the bones themselves.

no i have been sleeping on my side my whole life i have good symertry it cope
