Asymmetry is cucking me, anyone else?

My right side of the face is like a baby, cheekbone and everything is smaller and less outward. Left side is more grown and bigger and more prominent.

I had an injury when I was like 6 from carrying a heavyass backpack everyday to school, and my spine or shoulder got tilted. Could this be the cause? Maybe it fucked up my alignment and ruined my puberty and balanced growth.

Not sure what to do, feels like those pelvic tilt exercises are bullshits, especially in this case where I had an X-ray done and doctor said right ramus is shorter than left. The literal bone is smaller, the fuck even to do?

Because of the asymmetry, people seem to be hot and cold with me all the time, one moment they like me, the next they are mean to me. It's like they see the left side of face, they like it, then right side, they hate me. as weird as this sounds and may be a reach, but yeah.
