Asymmetry

I’ve come to realise I’m extremely asymmetrical due to leaning on my fist during my entire adolescence at school, as seen in the pic I attached, since I was writing with my right hand and leaning on my left, the entire left side of my face is somewhat lifted.

My jaw has been pushed inwards and my cheekbone is a little higher than the other.

I heavily doubt I can fix this naturally as I’m 19 in roughly 2 weeks and I suspect it’s too late to fix years worth of bone development when I’m this old.

So no “chew on one side to grow ur other masseter” or anything like that 😭

That said, does anyone have any recommendations as to surgeries I can look into to fix this, because the right side of my face looks so much better lmao and looking into double mirrors and the back camera is horrifying.

Leaning on like that doesnt cause noticeable asymmetry imo
 
Is your teeth perfectly alligned if not i would recommend going to tmj specialist
My bite is fine I’ve had braces
