is there any way to fix uneven/thin lips without filler. Aswell as a nose tilted to the side. I think its from chronically sleeping on my stomach with my head facing the same way.

Yeah it would be best way is to probably fix your posture sleep on your back and have a good diet

i think my asymmetry is from my sleeping position as my nose droops to the opposite side that my lip is thinner at which makes sense with gravity especially in development. Same with my eye is slightly smaller than the side i slept on. My question would be is sleeping on the opposite side at 17 be able to reverse these things or am i fucked

At 17 your fine it’s a very easy fix so just do that and you will have good results

wouldnt sleeping on back just keep it the same, doesnt really matter since i can never fall asleep on my back anyway
