How do fix my crazy asymmetry? I don’t know what I can do to start I already sleep on my back constantly

I dont even see your asymmetries. But if its something that makes you insecure, then all asymmetries come from pelvic tilt. Here is a guide on fixing that:

If i focus then a little bit, but its nothing major to worry about. Everyone has slight asymmetries in their face.
