goal height is 6'2", and I'm currently 6'1". My dad is 6'2", my mom is 5'7", and both of my brothers are 6'3". My dad also told me he didn't stop growing until his mid-20s, so I'm wondering if I might have a similar late growth pattern and still have a chance at that extra inch.

What concerns me is that I may have limited my growth during a crucial window. From around age 15 to early 17, l was severely under-eating - about 1200 calories a day — and became extremely skinny, to the point where it was borderline dangerous. I've since bounced back and eat much more consistently now.

I was recently prescribed TRT due to low testosterone - around 320 ng/dL, which is low for my age obviously. My doctor believes it was likely caused by those past eating habits. Right now, I'm on 200 mg of Testosterone Cypionate every 10 days. I know TRT can potentially accelerate growth plate fusion due to increased estrogen levels from aromatization, which has me thinking i might be shutting down any potential i have left

My doctor also has me taking X-Tend along with MK-677 to help stimulate growth hormone levels and support recovery.

So here's what I'm trying to figure out: • Do I still have a shot at reaching 6'2"? • Could the years of under-eating have seriously affected my growth? • With TRT and supplements, am I helping or hurting this is also important to add i got a bone age xray done and my bone age is 17 years and 7 months old so i think i might be cooked but not 100 percent sure

i’m also on hcg to keep my natural t going 1 injection every week which i dont know if that’s optimal i haven’t researched hcg as much

I regret taking fin as a 17 year old a couple months back tbh, I also come from a family of late bloomers and I worry the excess E2 cucked my growth plates. Different drug but still fucking with hormones.

Dont worry too much about when you were undereating, my cousin was literally anorexic with tween girl wrists and he hit 6'3 still, and whats done is done anyway

Probably best getting an xray of your growth plates and taking AI

Wtf, is this made up? MK677 isn't a prescription medication. It's a research chemical that never made it past human trials and isn't approved by the FDA. Literal medical malpractice, that doctor wouldn't have a license anymore. Everyone knows this. And wtf is "x-tend"? Google says it's a BCAA powder. Is your doctor retarded in multiple ways? That's over-the-counter, what script, dude? This all sounds made up asf. So instead of treating your anorexia or putting you in the SNAP program via social security, they gave you TRT, jeopardizing your fertility for life? sure dude. cool story.
