I was so much more energetic, took a lot more risks, open to try new stuff, had way less fear of consequences, had massive pumps at the gym, grew muscles really really fast and had a lot more aggression at the gym. Also needed way less sleep, and recovered very fast. Every morning i had this power to dominate the world and was simply full of power. Also libido and boners where on another level. Everything like a totally different person.

My T levels where below average 2 years ago, but now they are in normal range 550ng/dl (did blood test twice).
Is this simply aging related and normal, or something to worry about? I dont want to imagine how i will feel in 10 or even 20 years.

YOU ARE OLD
Yeah maybe, but how are other old people coping with this feeling of getting weaker and weaker?? Its hardcore depressing. I think in 10 years i will only rot in my dark basement and not leave the house anymore.

why do so many ESL people say "with *age*" instead of "at *age*"
maybe it's just one specific language but I feel like I've seen it from speakers of many many different languages

one cope would be to compare yourself to others at your age, most people by 25 are usually overweight and don't workout at all

raise your t levels then? Just use ashwagandha, supps, all the T maxxing guides here, that's all you have to do to get back to your old t levels. It's normal for your t levels to drop a little almost a decade after 18

I'm 33 and have no clue what you're talking about. Everything's physically the same as it was at 18. But my brain's a lot smarter.

I dont know if my T levels where really that higher at 18. I also heard that the difference between mid range and higher end of reference scale not significant enough to feel different. The Testosterone effects are only noticeable when you are below reference, or at supraphysiological levels (with roids).

Just my experience but, I’m 28 and I still feel like I’m 18 in terms of libido. My physique/strength is now better than ever

Do you know your T levels?

male strength peaks at 25

at 18, im stuck with exams, studyslaving and stress tbh, not sure at 27 tho

Then maybe the years of rejection and lack of dating success has simply changed my personality to a depressed and broken person.

Well you're pretty stupid then if you're able reply to a post with only 7 words and your brain doesn't subconsciously register what it says anyway. Either your a liar, or you haven't gotten past the hooked on phonics stage. Sight words, come on. You can do it.

that test is low though, it's below average.
