in the darkest parts of our minds we often feel deep sadness its a feeling many of us know too well and we should not feel ashamed instead we should accept it as part of the hard truth that shapes our lives remember this pain is not our fault it comes from millions of years of evolution our ancestors survived and passed on their genes and with them the struggles we now face
think about it our ancestors went through hard times to stay alive only the strongest traits were kept and the weaker ones were lost this long process has made us who we are today with all our good and bad sides evolution does not care about our happiness it just shapes us
its key to know that many of the problems we face are not about our worth or effort they come from luck and the world we live in values some traits over others often making us feel not good enough but this is not our fault its just the way things are
maybe you struggle to attract females and feel lost in loneliness this too is not your fault its the result of the choices made by our ancestors their random decisions in mating and survival have led to our current genetic makeup some traits that might have helped them survive are now causing us pain and rejection
