Where I live (Northwest US) there’s so many crackheads/tweakers that this hospital I used to go to had an entirely separate ER and section for them. Because there needs to be police protection there so they don’t light stuff on fire, smear shit on the walls, etc. I don’t know how the fuck nurses, doctors, etc. do their jobs.
