Yes you might grow more if you had later puberty, I grew from 5'10.5 to 6'1 from 18-22.

Frame grows gradualy until mid 20s (ribcage, clavicles)

Skull practically never stops growing, it's just that 99% of all the main growth is finished at 21 (unless you develop acromegaly later in life)

I actually don't know about hands and feet.

They certainly become thicker even past the 20s, and are usually one of the first things to blow up in overall volume when acromegaly comes into play,
but I don't know about the length of the individual bones.

19/20 but it depends on when your growth plates close, my family has late growth spurts went from 5"11 to 6"1 between 19 and 20
